Exploring the influence of students' subjective well-being based on the self-care status of college students

Abstract

This study explores the association between students' subjective well-being and the self-care status. Two-stage sampling was used to select 442 college students as subjects. Empirical data were collected using questionnaire surveys, and descriptive statistics and univariate analysis were performed, Regression analysis, item analysis, and factor analysis, the statistical analysis results show that the college students are active in students' subjective well-being and the self-care status. In addition, a significant positive correlation was found between students' subjective well-being and the self-care status in the college students. Based on preliminary research, the researchers found that students' subjective well-being has an effect on improving the self-care status of the college students, and makes relevant suggestions for future research and teaching units.
